Certificate of analysis (CoA)
All our peptides are analysed by HPLC chromatography and mass spectrometry via an independent third-party laboratory before sale. Guaranteed purity ≥ 99%.

How to obtain your certificate of analysis
The CoA matching the batch you receive is available to you in three ways.
Batch number on the vial
Each vial carries a batch number matching the certificate of analysis of the shipped batch: HPLC purity, mass spectrometry, analysis date and third-party laboratory.
On every product page
Before buying, the certificate of the in-stock batch is shown under the product image (batch number, purity, date). Click to view it.
On request by email
For the CoA of an order already placed, email contact@biopeptides.fr with your order number. Reply within 24 business hours.
Why the CoA may vary depending on your order
The certificate shown on a product page corresponds to a specific batch currently available or recently sold. Our catalogue continuously carries several batches of the same peptide, each analysed separately.
Depending on stock availability at preparation time, your order may come from a different batch than the one you viewed. You then access the matching CoA using the batch number printed on your vial.
Whichever batch is shipped, all our certificates meet the same requirements: HPLC purity ≥ 99%, systematic analysis by an independent third-party laboratory.
An anomaly, a doubt, a labelling error?
Our control procedures minimise risks, but a labelling error can exceptionally occur. If you notice:
- a label that doesn't seem to match the CoA received (peptide, dosage, batch number);
- an illegible or missing batch number;
- a doubt about the authenticity or legibility of the CoA;
- any other inconsistency.
Contact us without delay at contact@biopeptides.fr with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the label and the CoA received. Every claim is handled within 24 hours — no question is unnecessary.
Purity-based refund guarantee
BioPeptides offers a limited refund guarantee based exclusively on analytical purity results, in addition to our terms and conditions of sale.
Applicable indemnification
a full refund of the product's original purchase price;
or a store credit equivalent to the product's cost.
Eligibility conditions
All conditions must be met. Failure to meet any one of them voids eligibility.
An analysis by an independent laboratory demonstrates a purity below 99%.
Analyses are performed by an approved third-party laboratory, compliant with recognised analytical standards such as ISO/IEC 17025.
All analysis costs are borne by the customer.
The complete, unaltered laboratory reports are provided to BioPeptides.
BioPeptides is authorised to independently verify the results directly with the testing laboratory.
The product was purchased within the last six (6) months.
The product has not been reconstituted: reconstitution irreversibly alters molecular stability and immediately voids eligibility.
Submitted samples are unaltered, intact and verifiable as originating from BioPeptides.
Additional conditions and limitations
- Approved laboratories are determined at BioPeptides' sole discretion and must meet recognised analytical standards.
- Claims involving partial, modified or unverifiable samples as originating from BioPeptides will be rejected.
- This guarantee applies exclusively to analytical purity and does not cover: improper storage or handling, environment-related degradation, non-compliant use, or the interpretation of research results.
[To be reviewed by legal counsel before publication: guarantee conditions and their interaction with the terms of sale.]
